The award was presented last Wednesday, April 15, at the 2009 National
Congress and Expo for Manufactured and Modular Housing at the Paris Hotel in Las
Vegas, Nevada. The Alcott design won in the category of Modular Multi Family.

The Alcott is part of a new townhome project scheduled to be built this
summer at Mt. Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire. The project
will be built in Haven's climate controlled production facility with onsite work
by Sequel Development and Management. The townhome units are approximately 2,500
square feet and features classic architecture, "smart-home" technology and
sustainable design.
