The Alcott is part of a new townhome project scheduled to be built this summer at Mt. Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire. The project will be built in Haven's climate controlled production facility with onsite work by Sequel Development and Management. The townhome units are approximately 2,500 square feet and features classic architecture, "smart-home" technology and sustainable design.

"We are honored to accept this award with New Hampshire Design Collaborative. Their home designs are exceptional and display their dedication for architectural integrity and quality design," said Jerry Smalley, CEO and president of Haven Custom Homes. "We look forward to building many homes together in the future."

Aside from the natural green building advantages of building in Haven's indoor production facility, additional sustainable features will include composite siding, LED lighting and energy efficient window and appliances.

Amy Ostberg, the Principal and CEO of New Hampshire Design Collaborative, added, "We're very happy to be working with Haven. We believe that their modular construction methods are the best in producing eco-friendly homes."
